Stayed here for a couple of nights over the Easter break with my sister and we really enjoyed our first time glamping. The location overlooking the river and hills and the well appointed tent, ultra comfy king sized bed, awesome little outdoor kitchen and outdoor bath, plus the friendly hosts (Lucia and Tom) make for a truly unique and special Kiwi glamping experience in a beautiful country setting.

We have just returned from an extended long weekend at Clifton Glamping, what a great time! It was super relaxing with the sound of the river below and the waves a little further away. The birdsong in the morning and the starry sky at night reinforced you were in nature. A wonderfully comfortable bed and great ammenities with outdoor kitchen, bath and shower.. I fully recommend a staycation!

Thank you to Lucia and Tom for creating such a beautiful place!! Really enjoyed Lucia's freshly baked bread!! We were so happy to be a small part of such a rich history of the property and the Gordon Family. It was very comfortable, warm and relaxing, can't wait to come back!! The tent was very luxurious and beautifully decorated with lovely views.
