ABOUT CLIFTON GLAMPING
Clifton Glamping is located in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Perfect for that leave it all behind feeling, these luxury retreats offer privacy and picturesque views the Maraetotara river, forests and clean green New Zealand countryside.
Located 5 minutes from Te Awanga, and just 20 minutes from Havelock North, Hastings and Napier, Clifton Glamping is perfect for couples seeking that luxurious escape; with a wonderful north facing aspect that captures all day sun, and the perfect romantic setting for that sundowner as the sun settles. There’s a breezy Balinese feel to the sumptuous accommodation blended with African safari and nods to the history of Clifton Station with old-world touches.

This is a unique opportunity to get away from it all while experiencing 5 star luxury on one of New Zealand’s most historic working farms. This 2000 acre farm has been in the Gordon family for over 150 years. Your hosts, Tom and Lucia are the 6th generation to work it. The station is adjacent to Cape Kidnappers with its gannet colony and famous golf course, and is within easy reach of local wineries, the beach and cycle tracks.

Otherwise, just take the time to "leave it all behind, and unwind". Enjoy a dip in the river, a walk or cycle on one of the many tracks in the area, and at the end of the day - star gazing to your heart's content in a hot steaming outdoor bathtub.
