Access to the famous Gannet Colony is located right on your doorstep. As the largest mainland colony in the Southern Hemisphere, guided tours leave daily from Clifton. Or find those walking shoes and stroll along the beach to the base of the colony and venture up yourself.
Fancy a game of golf? Cape Kidnappers Golf course is ranked in the world’s top fifty and neighbours Clifton Station, you will be teeing-off quite literally on your doorstep.
CITY SIGHTS
Napier or Hastings? We say both; While Napier is the Art Deco capital of the world and is also home to the National Aquarium. Hastings prides itself on its Sunday Farmers market, the oldest farmers market in New Zealand and the best way to sample local produce.
